We have asked Aerotek to discuss the skills and trends that they are seeing employers require for new open positions. But how do we also keep ourselves relevant with our current employer.

• What are the trends you are seeing,
• What we can do to make ourselves more marketable,
• What we can do for our employers, skills that will keep us more valuable.
• What are the “do not talk about topics”?
• What are the “hot” skills or certifications being asked for - ISO? CSP? CHMM? etc.
